твердая цена - я бы сказала firm price

твердая цена = я бы сказал flat price :-)

а я бы сказала, что fixed & flat, скорее, говорят о ... "типе" цены, чем о характере договоренностей относительно цены (а именно об этом здесь речь).

И еще, возможно, variation вместо change
