If it is necessary to repair any section of a motor road , the Customer shall send to the Contractor the Requisition prepared according to Appendix No. 2 to this Contract. Whenever any section of the/a motorway needs repairing, the Customer shall send to the Contractor the Task Order in form set out in/formatted according to Appendix No. 2 to this Contract. The Task Order shall provide details on the road section to be repaired and the repair work schedule/timeline. The Contractor shall prepare the Cost estimate and the Work schedule on the basis of this Task Order.

The Work Order shall contain inter alia information about the section of the road in question and work duration. Приложение № 2 – Заявка на выполнение ремонтных работ;
я называл его Requisition for repair works;
вот думаю теперь заменить автозаменой по тексту легко, вот название это как лучше переделать
или оставить это requisition, заказчик так любит это слово , часто употребляет (может правда немного в другом значении)))

Володя, Мо не даст мне соврать, Work Order широко используется в проектах на Сахалине. Сам видел эту форму. Но раз заказчик любит я бы оставил.
