Не могу понять, при чем здесь пособие на жизнь (living allowance).
Вообще, смысл не улавливаю (особенно "absence form the delivery work")

1.3 On-site-reimbursement (board, living allowanvce)
For living allowance we shall charge per day of absence form the delivery work EUR 30,00
The costs of overnight accomodation shall be charged on the basis of receipts.
