upon written notification of CONTRACTOR, COMPANY shall be entitled, at any time and without restrain, to fully or partially assign its rights and obligarions under CONTRACT to:
- AFFILIATE or
- any other third party, acting as a SURVEY operator and possessing sufficient funds and resources required for performance of COMPANY's financial obligations as of date of such assignment.
