For refinance or cash-out transactions we require and handle the Ownership Title Certificate for the subject property in the borrower’s name to be submitted, re-registered, and re-issued accompanied with a completed and signed Collateral Agreement along with supporting documentation and the Mortgage Note. A completed and signed Collateral Agreement submitted for registration with the unified federal property registry is the enabling instrument which gives cause for collateral rights to us as the lending institution. The processed and registered Collateral Agreement together with the Ownership Title Certificate comprises the security instruments of the underlining property for every refinance or cash-out transaction mortgage we lend.
