Уважаемые коллеги, вот необходимо перевести американское свидетельство о расторжении брака.
Документ на семи листах, фразы на полстраницы каждая, закручены так, что черт ногу сломит.
(такой вопросик: если petitioner это истец, то кто joint-petitioner? со-истец?)

Но, главное - помогите, пожалуйста, перевести такой отрывочек:

This matter having come before the above-named Court pursuant to the Petitioner’s Deposition, and the parties having reached agreement on all matters pending and said agreement having been set forth in the Property Settlement Agreement executed by the parties hereto and filed of record herein; the Court having reviewed the Deposition; the Property Settlement Agreement filed of record herein; and being otherwise sufficiently advised, now finds as follows, to-wit: ……
