Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: название серии фильма.

а Вы смотрели эту серию фильма? дело в том, что Fanny (Jack and Danny :)))может содержать намек.
короче: знаете, о чем фильм? если да, то сообщите.

Если это обычный фильм без возрастный ограничений, то - как мне кажется, не зная контекста :))) - можно просто перевести да здравствует Фанни/Фэнни...

Из аннотация к фильму (если не лень читать): Irina, a journalism student, is going through a rough time because of her parents’ constant fights and because she has gained a lot of weight becoming the target of the mean jokes of her peers. Her best friend, Ela, decides to move away from her as not to lose the hard gained popularity. Irina is suffering in silence, not having the courage to admit it to her friend or to Mara, the psychologist. When her parents decide to split and she finds out that her application for a television internship was rejected because of her appearance, Irina decides to try the slimming method her friend suggested: puking after every meal. After a few days, she gets sick in the bathroom and faints and has to be taken to a hospital. Her parents decide to give their marriage another try for Irina’s sake, at Clara’s advice. Ну, раз нигде не упоминается никто по имени Fanny, то возможно имеется ввиду fanny - AmE old-fashioned the part of your body that you sit on; bottom

т.е., можно так написать: фигура - это все
или
борьба с фигурой

как-нибудь звучно..
