PERIODICAL INSPECTION Although the first inspection to all safety devices is done, please also check all of them periodically. The checking content is shown as follow:
1)Make sure that the safety doors can be opened and closed smoothly;
2)Check whether the safety doors (such as door, slideway and roller) are damaged;
3)Make clear the correct configuration of the safety door limit switches (such as the screw and actuator). The safety door limit switch serves to interrupt the mould-closing movement. When the safety door opens, limit switch has been activated to break the circuit. Its dual-circuit control functions of NC (normally closed) and NO (normally open) can stop the motion of the machine.
