Where the Drawings indicate design intent but not the complete construction details, or where Trade Specifications include ‘performance specifications’, ‘performance requirements’ or references to ‘performance-based work’, the Contractor shall:
* Carry out design and documentation as required to construct the Works
* Select and provide suitable materials and products to construct the Works.
* Warrant that it has designed and constructed the performance-based work to a standard expected of a competent contractor
