Double D is normally written DD and is the 'cup size' of the bra. (so basicially indicates how big the breasts are........AA is the smallest)

so....50DD would mean that the boy had a chest circumferance of 50inches and a 'cup size' of DD. (quite big breasts!)

Re "quite big" - ну если только для боксера... а так, вполне нормально... :-)
Но врядли он себе что-то приличное подберет с таким объемом грудной клетки. :-))
