Мой:
If a delay in delivery due to the fault of the SELLER arises the damages for the BUYER, the BUYER have a right to demand to pay a forfeit under the Contract in the amount of 0,5% for every complete calendar week of delay, but not more than 50% of cost of undelivered Goods.

If any delay in delivery occurs due to/through the SELLER'S fault the BUYER may be entitled to demand/impose penalties at the rate of 0.5 % for each full week of delay, but not in excess of 50% of the value of the Goods yet to be delivered.
