Помогите перевести предложение, пожалуйста!!!

Landlord may also recover from Tenant: (i) the worth, at the time of award, of the unpaid Rent that had been earned at the time of termination; (ii) the worth at the time of award, of the amount by which the unpaid Rent that would have been earned after expiration until the time of award of the amount by which the unpaid Rent for the balance of the term after the time of award exceeds the amount of such rental loss that Tenant proves could be reasonable avoided.

Я совершенно не понимаю значения пункта (ii):(! Уж и так пытаюсь вникнуть, и эдак.. и все никак..:(

Вот как это выглядит на самом деле:

(a) The worth at the time of award of the unpaid rent which had been earned at the time of termination;

(b) The worth at the time of award of the amount by which the unpaid rent which would have been earned after termination until the time of award exceeds the amount of such rental loss that Tenant proves could have been reasonably avoided;

(c) The worth at the time of award of the amount by which the unpaid rent for the balance of the term after the time of award exceeds the amount of such rental loss for such period that Tenant proves could be reasonably avoided;

Вот и я, Анатолий, вчера тоже озбоченно и тупо какое-то время дивился на текст аскера, постить это не стал (ибо не конструктивно), но тоже для себя пришел к выводу, что это чисто техническая ошибка писавшего этот пассаж усталого лоерка - произошло обычное дело: наложение двух неисправленных драфтов.

Он явно должен был из текста убрать вот этот совершенно в этой фразе тут как гнилой зуб не к месту торчащий кусок:

***of the amount by which the unpaid Rent for the balance of the term after the time of award***

и тогда все становится на свои места.

Он просто случайно слил два взаимоисключающих проекта текста.

Буковка, так понятно?

Если нет - то расскажите подробно структуру правоотношения сторон по переводимому вами документу.
