All payments by the B to the А under this Clause 9 shall be paid, subject to obtaining requisite regulatory approvals in U.S., without set-off or counterclaim, and free and clear of and without deduction or withholding for or on account of, any present or future taxes, levies, imports, duties, fees, assessments or other charges of whatever nature, imposed by U.S. or by any department, agency or other political subdivision or taxing authority thereof or therein, and all interest, penalties or similar liabilities with respect thereto (“U.S. Taxes”). If any U.S. Taxes are required by law to be deducted or withheld in connection with any such payment, the B will increase the amount paid so that the full amount of such payment is received by the A as if no such deduction or withholding had been made. | Имхо, пишите в любом порядке все слова, какие вспомните: вычеты, удержания, налоги, сборы, комиссионные и т.д., и т.п. :-) |
