which argueth, that he doubted not of a navigable passage that way,
through which those Indians came.

Несмотря на суровые погодные условия, Плиний не сомневается, что индийцы достигали Европу через северный морской путь.

Так писать нельзя!
Про "Северный морской путь" тоже надо бы перефразировать...
