от контекста: bottom (underlying) panels are out of shape (warped), which indicates incipient /impending failure conditions (materials degradation due to fatigue/ageing), etc. imo |
| The lower/lining/backing panels (PCPs) are deformed/bent that is an indication of progressing deterioration of the structure leading to its complete failure |
