1 - Server shutdown
Вчера из-за ложного доноса о распостранении вирусов нас отключил наш хостинг провайдер. Сервис пролежал около 10 часов. После переговоров с нашим провайдером, нас включили обратно. Просим прощении за предоставленые неудобства.

2 - Server configuration / download problems
На данный момент некоторые из наших пользователей испытывают проблемы со скачиванием файлов. Было установлено, что данная проблема вызвана конфигурацией програмного обеспечения нашего сервера. Сейчас эта проблема решается и в течении 3х дней реконфигурация системы будет завершена. Мы приложим все усилия, чтобы ошибка не повторялась в будущем и довнлад работал без проблем.
Кроме этого, после всех необходимых фиксов мы готовы запустить ещё один сервер в европе, что позволит повысить производительность сервиса для всех европейских пользователей.

Yesterday due to false complaints on viruses we supposedly sent out from our mail servers, our hosting provider disabled our hosting account. The Service went down for about 10 hours. After we contacted the provider, the Service was enabled and now it is up and running. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you by this downtime and thank you for your patience.

Server configuration / download problems

Currently some of our users encounter file download problems. We detected that the issue was related to the server software configuration. We are working on this at the moment and we hope the reconfiguration of the system will be finished in 3 days. We will do all possible to ensure that this problem doesn’t occur in future and you enjoy the stable work of the Service.
Moreover, we plan to set up one more CompanyX server in Europe, which will allow Europeans to take full advantage of the Service.

Server configuration / download problems

Some of our clients may be experiencing file downloading problems. The problem was found to be related to the server software configuration. This issue is being attended to right now, we are expecting to complete all necessary system adjustments within 3 days. We are working hard to ensure this issue does not affect service delivery in the future. We are glad to inform that a brand new server in a European data center is about to be launched once the system is fully operational. The new server will offer improved service performance for all European customers.

Yesterday our server was disconnected from the Internet due to a malevolent/erroneous/false virus abuse report received by our hosting provider. The outage lasted for 10 hours before the ISP agreed to restore server operation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
