Upon issue of additional shares to existing shareholders from (historic) retained profit/earnings, Company's shareholding in OAO T totaled to ____ (existing and new) shares (or Company is/became a holder of _____ OAO T shares/holds _____ shares in OAO T (capital stock)) Или, в зависимости от того, на чем в тексте стоят акценты, смотрите по общему контексту. The extraordinary GSM of OAO T resolved to distribute the historic retained earnings among shareholders by issuing additional shares to existing shareholders, whereupon Company's shareholding... or Upon resolution by the extraordinary... meeting (Minutes ___) to issue additional shares to existing shareholders by distributing retained profits... |
