Нет, "на расстоянии вытянутой руки". :-) Имеют в виду, что маржа определяется по рыночным условиям, а не каким-либо привилегированным/"договорным". Сделайте поиск по форуму по arm's length.

Странно, что они так определили здесь маржу, а не конкретной цифрой. Но раз они так, то и мы им также. :-)
