Information will also be available on the Scottish Executive’s Fresh Talent Initiative which encourages people to come to Scotland to live, work and study. A key element of the initiative is the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme which enables non-EEA nationals who have successfully completed an HND, degree course, Masters or PhD at a Scottish Further or Higher Educational institution and have lived in Scotland during their studies, to apply to stay in Scotland for up to two years after completing their studies to seek and take work.
