If judicial composition or bankruptcy proceedings are opened over the Company*s assets, the parties herewith expressly agree, that the capital contribution shall be subordinate to the claims of all other creditors (with the exeption of creditors who made DECLARATIONS OF SUBORDINATION with respect to their claims).
