первое - маленькие пиротехнические хлопушки-петардочки, второе не знаю, как объяснить, быстро застывающий на воздухе полимер в аэрозольном баллончике, дети обожают прыскаться на своих праздниках. в кино можно часто увидеть - выпускают друг в друга разноцветные струи, а потом бегают все облепленные разноцветной паутиной. Может, и в России продаются.
