positive reference -- источник положительного опорного напряжения

Как следствие, группы можно питать так, что они будут работать независимо.

Подключите катушки (дроссели?) устройств между их выходами и линией (шиной?) 0 В.

Там есть некий источник питания EV. Его шина +24 В используется как положительное напряжение питания карт.
Подключите обмотки приборов (реле/соленоидов) к выходам и к шине 0 В источника EV (у обмотки 2 конца:))
