Subject: are not progress related law These interim payments are not progress related and are set out at Appendix 2 hereto provided that they shall be made in accordance with any accelerated payment schedule which the Developer may prepare and serve on the Employer at any time hereafter in the event that the Programme of Works as set out in the Developers Proposals can be bettered.
