these are notes to financial statements, to the article -operating income.

Operating income includes the effect of the following items (thats clear).
1) ..$ million non-cash charge to correct the company's accounting for straight-line rent and the depreciation and amortization of leasehold improvements and certain landlord allowances.
2) ..$million non-cash charge for vested stock awards related to the (company's name) recombination.

straight-line - методом прямолинейного списания/начисления (там, имхо, у Вас слова местами переставлены)
