Subject: free delivered Доброго всем дня.Вновь вернулась на любимый форум с вопросом: All the prices agreed are free delivered to the point of delivery. Чё то я не догоняю, что здесь имеется в виду под free delivered. Может вы подскажете. Вот контекст:
1.N is awarded with the business of Flexo and Offset baskets for two years.
2. Within the actual year N is committed to operational performance.
3. N and Z are both to commit to the cost decrease programme during this year with the joint target of 5% saving. (e.g. the alternative materials or technology to be developed)
4. Should the clauses of 2,3 of the current agreement show satisfactory results, Z reserves the right to offer an extention of another year. In this case both parties agree that conditions stay unchanged.
5. All the prices agreed are free delivered to the point of delivery (Tosno).
6. The following payment terms apply
- for deliveries to Z Factory (Tonso) 14 days with 2% rebate or 90 days nett.
