Коллеги, пожалуйста, помогите справиться с фразой, особенно с последней её частью:

15. NOTICE
Any written notice requiring to be served under the pursuant of this Agreement shall be deemed duly served if, in case of notice to MSG Co, it is sent by recorded delivery to or left at the office of MSG Co and in the case of the Consultant, if handed to him personally or sent by recorded delivery or ordinary first class post to his last known residence and any notice so sent shall be deemed to have been received and served when the same should have been received in the ordinary course delivery of post.

Вот как связать последнюю часть -
"when the same should have been received in the ordinary course delivery of post." - со всем предыдущим.

(не буду приводить то как я перевел, так как в данном случае перевожу на украинский.)
