Мой черновой вариант перевода (не знаю, уж насколько верный):

Предоставление клиенту комплексного решения снижает неотъемлемый в таких проектах фактор страха и способствует благополучному завершению сделки.

finger pointing - м.б. как и по-русски, не показывать пальцем друг на друга, т.е. не перекладывать ответственность, не говорить - "это не мы, это разработчики виноваты", "не знаем, как они вам там нашу программу установили, что она не работает" и т.п.
т.е. клиенту надо иметь дело с одним guy by the tie
