Помогите, пожалуйста.Не пониманию смысл фразы (1-е предложение), так как не пойму то ли органы выплатят субсидии, то ли они выплатят сумму в счет субсидий, а "bearing any breakage cost" вообще непонятно. The Borrower shall partially prepay the Drawn Amount under Tranche C in the event that any payment is made by the relevant authority with regard to the Subsidies, bearing any breakage cost. The Borrower shall apply the total amount (100%) of the received disbursement to the prepayment of the Drawn Amount under Tranche C. |
| bearing any breakage cost - по-моему, это "принимая на себя все расходы связанные с досрочным погашением", но в контексте субсидий мне это не очень понятно. Там есть еще какой-то заем/кредит? |
