6.3.1.9 Fuel Gas System
All the tail gas produced in the cracker is used internally plus some fuel gas
import whereas PDH unit tail gas is partially exported to the fuel gas header. A
preliminary balance of fuel gas on the process units shows some export at low
pressure to the fuel gas header but there is insufficient fuel gas to supply the
total demand of all the fuel users in the complex, namely the gas turbines of the
combined cycle. This external fuel gas is assumed to be natural gas imported
