medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted
calendar year 2006, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice
of other cultures and without regard to the race, creed, color, age,
physical ability, religious faith, choice of computer platform, or sexual
preference of the wishee.

Моему номенклатурному папеньке как-то во времена совка приснился сон: заседание Политбюро, выходит на трибуну Рыжков и говорит: "А сейчас выступит с докладом товарищ Н.". А папаня, покрываясь холодным потом, понимает, что доклада у него никакого нет и вообще... А кругом хлопают, ждутть...
