insure to the benefit of - ошибка. Надо INURE to the benefit of... Это клише. Все условия и положения настоящего Договора действуют в интересах сторон настоящего Договора и их соответствующих наследжников, правопреемников и разрешенных цессионариев и имеют для них обязательную силу.

Владлен, Вы не в первый раз спрашиваете про "наследников, правопреемников и разрешенных цессионариев" (перевод именно такой, никаких "продолжателей", как предлагалось на соседней ветке - не бывает).

Все эти вопросы очень подробно уж давно на форуме разъяснялись.
