Уважаемые леди и джентельмены!
Помогите, пожалуйста грамотно сформулировать это на англ. :
В случае нарушения Покупателем срока оплаты, установленного пунктом 4.1. Договора, Поставщик имеет право выставить Покупателю претензию на оплату пени в размере 0,1% от стоимости просрочен-ного платежа за каждый день просрочки.

Мой ИМХО вариант:

If the Buyer fails to make payment stipulated by p. 4.1 of this Agreement/Contract in due time, the Supplier will be entitled to claim against the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 0,1% of the delayed payment value for each day of delay.

Yoi may also consider: "...the Supplier shall be entitled to charge penalty from the Buyer at the rate of 0.1% of the overdue amount for each day of delay."
