Доброе утро :) Помогите, пожалуйста перевести конец второго предложения "the bypass gas volume flow can be manually adjusted to bring it in line with the gas throughput at the filter cake".

Контекст:

In order to reduce the cyclic movement of the filter belt and to avoid vacuum pump trouble, the vacuum in the vacuum trays must be intermittently interrupter, and during this belt movement phase, the gas must be conducted through a bypass located directly at the respective vacuum pump.
In order to reduce the large pressure fluctuations in connection with switching operations, the bypass gas volume flow can be manually adjusted to bring it in line with the gas throughput at the filter cake.

объем газа в байпасе можно отрегулировать вручную, чтобы привести его в соответствие с газом, проходящим через фильтровальный осадок.
