Alexei Barinov, Quality Assurance Director, Telma agrees with this point of view: “Certification proccedure by itself cannot influence performance indicators (KPIs). Works on software development process improvment, quality and perfomance enhancement were started long before the certification, and they go on now. CMM certification to level 5 is an acknowledgment that our quality managment methods are working efficiently and that they do improve KPIs.” would it be ok? |
