Коллелги, помогите еще разок, продолжаю трудиться над переводом из нерусского на английский, промежуточный вариант выгладит так: «...Действие положений данного Соглашения по времени не ограничено и это действие никоим образом не будет зависеть от того, участвуете ли вы в тендере или нет....».

Я написал:

…Provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect for unlimited period of time and this effective period in no way whatsoever shall depend on the fact whether you proceed with participation in the Tender or not...

Буду признателен, если подскажете что можно поправить вообще, и в частности, в выражении in no way, лично мне режет слух, в МТ имеется много вариантов, но не соображу, какой из них подходит для данной ситуации лучше всего.

а мне режет слух "period of time", хотя все носители так говорят.
А чего еще, спрашивается, бывает period?
Тем более, что он у вас "unlimited"
Или "for unlimited time", или "for an unlimited period", на мой взгляд.
Остальное не смотрел.

Исходя из того, что, как мне показалось, речь идет о confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement/undertaking, а также из того, что у нас есть только смысл, но нет конкретного текста:

This (confidentiality/non-disclosure) undertaking/agreement shall not be limited in time...

The obligations set forth/provided for herein shall be continuing by nature and shall remain/be deemed binding upon the parties...дальше как у ms801

This agreement provides for the continuing/ongoing/termless/indefinite validity of the non-disclosure obligation and shall remain in effect regardless of whether or not you participate/choose to participate in the tender.
