I guess there's an excerpt from the House Registry (Домовая книга?) or similar detailing the allocated area covered by your Rental Agreement. In this excerpt the area in question is probably indicated by hatching (shading) on a drawing or a sketch. There might be a reference to this House Registry excerpt in the main Agreement....

We recommend you use an up to date uncertified Land Registry copy map as the basis for the deed map or map for approval and ensure that the land the subject of the deed is hatched or coloured rather than edged in colour. This is to avoid confusion with existing Land Registry legal boundaries...
