I, “ABS” Ltd. director, settled this document to certify, that I have received from the company “Alldon LLC” by courier the following information material (a book in English 1ps, compact discs 3ps, diskettes 12ps) according to the agreement concluded between “ABS” Ltd. and “Alldon LLC”, dated 19 January, 2005.
According to the agreement, mentioned above, the company “Alldon LLC” has met its obligations with “ABS” Ltd. In case of the proper/appropriate quality of the received goods, “Alldon LLC” has a right to receive the intended/settled sum of money USD 163 000.00 (or Ls 87 857.00).
“ABS” Ltd. reserves the right to contest the sum mentioned in the agreement in case the quality and the content of the materials does not correspond the terms of the agreement.
This act is drawn up in 2 copies, one of which is sent to “Alldon LLC”, the other is delivered to the accounts department for the calculation of expenses.
