Я бы просто сделал поиск в гугле, ограничившись территорией UK.

Т.е., в командной строке Гугля пишем следующее:

"medical insurance" site:uk

В т.ч. кавычки.

You may want to check UK's NHS (National Healthcare Service) site. It is their unified free healthcare system (and cause of vitriolic debate). Plus there are private insurance companies.

The answer is: no, sir!

I simply use the option Advanced Search in Google, where one can select the language, domain, certain word collocations etc.
