The net worth of Assets is determined using the following formula:

NW= MF + S + R – O - OE, where

NW Net worth of Assets;
MF Monetary funds for trust management;;
S Securities for trust management;
R Requirement for the supply of securities and the transfer or funds for concluded transactions;/ требования по поставке ценных бумаг и перечислению денежных средств по заключенным сделкам
O Obligations for the supply of securities and transfer of funds for concluded transactions;
OE Operating expenses.

perhaps, this is not 'requirement' but something like receivables under outstanding deals. Respectively, O means liabilities, also under deals "in progress."
Does it make sense for you?

I should think that the word требование here literally means "request" or "demand". R Requests for the supply of securities and transfer of funds under concluded transactions. Do you agree?

How can demand/request/claim enter into a formula for calculation of net worth?
Can they have a value in rubles/dollars?
Any clarification will be appreciated.

Анатолий совершенно прав: требования по поставке ценных бумаг и перечислению денежных средств по заключенным сделкам - это дебиторская задолженность данного фонда или чего-то там.
Поэтому должно быть что-то вроде: securities and cash receivable/to be received under outstanding transactions
А обязательства по поставке, соответственно, кредиторская задолженность: securities and cash payable under outstanding transactions

И Net worth of assets не бывает: либо net worth, либо net asset value - чистая стоимость активов. В таком контексте чаще всего используют NAV.
