добавлю: FOMC после заседания публикует statement и minutes. В statement оглашается решение о повышении/понижении fed fund rate, которая считается ключевой ставкой, влияющей на финансовую ситуацию во всем мире, как видим из текста аскера, в том числе и на доходность по облигациям в Германии, и Японии.
