strange english (maybe) to Russian

again i need to put it in Russian.... seems to me that "execution IN securities..." is not proper english but i cant think of what it should be. maybe someone more experienced can give me a hint?

also, what will be the difference between securities and "Securities" here????

Второе - просто с большой буквы, как обобщающий термин. То есть Ценные бумаги.

С большой буквы, т.к. далее по тексту контракта securites and financial assets will be collectively referred to as Securities. Слово становится ТЕРМИНОМ данного контракта.

Может быть такое, что речь идет о контрактах с физической поставкой базовых ценных бумаг и финансовых инструментов?

заявки/приказы на заключение сделок с ценными бумагами и иными финансовыми активами (инструментами) - Securities во втором случае - generic term that embraces both securities and financial assets. но чтобы не гадать, какие активы и ценные бумаги, надо смотреть на более широкий контекст.
