Добрый день. Помогите, пожалуйста... Такой вот исходник - Number or name of director authorized to affix signature and be binding on the company... Мой такой же кривой вариант - Количество или имена директоров, уполномоченных расписываться и связывающих компанию обязательствами.

Понятное дело, речь идет о полномочиях совершать сделки от имени этого юр лица.

Теперь, в соответствии с исходником, добавим кривизны: ..и обязывать своими действиями компанию.

Amor 71, телефоны здесь ни при чём. Речь о том, что подписывать документы с соответствующими последствиями могут, например, "Любые два директора", или конкретно "Директор X, директор Y и директор Z", и т. д. и т. п. Скорее всего, исходный текст из Таиланда. См., напр., http://www.thailawforum.com/database1/public-limited-company-law-4.html:

"After having received the payment on shares... the Board of Directors shall apply for registration the company within three months from the date of conclusion of the statutory meeting, with particulars as follows presented in the application:

...

(4) the names and number of directors authorized to affix signature in behalf of the company and power limitations (if any) as specified in the articles of association...".
