Уважаемые коллеги,

прошу вашей помощи в переводе сабжа. Перевожу документы партнерства по законодательству Гернси. В одном из документов есть пункт: "... any other asset contributed by such Partner to the capital of the Partnership (net of liabilities secured by such contributed property that the Partnership assumes or takes subject to), such Partner’s distributive share of Profits, the amount of any Partnership liabilities assumed by the Partner or secured by distributed assets that such Partner takes subject to...".
