Пожалуйста, помогите перевести.

*Прокладывание сантехнических каналов? Plumber ducting или plumber duct или как?

схема проводки сантехники? (Что по сути, одно и то же)

*Развертки по стенам (строит. термин)

*Подбор отделки в соответствии с озвученным бюджетом

*и еще, как перевести "подрядчик" в строительстве? Если обращаешься к строительной компании? перевела как master-builder, но если будут другие варианты буду рада

'Развертки по стенам': Which direction is the drawing taken from -- from the top, or from one of the sides?

In technical drawing (TD) / architectural drawing (AD),

* a 'plan' (short for 'floor plan') has a special meaning of 'a drawing (eg by an architect or draughtsman) which shows the view of a floor/building as seen from directly overhead, ie an 'aerial' drawing of it';

* a 'side elevation' = a drawing of it as seen from one of the sides;

* a 'front elevation' = a drawing of it as seen from the front;

* a 'rear elevation' = a drawing of it as seen from the back.

If this is what your drawing shows, and it shows the floor/building from above, you could try:

* 'wall layout plan' or 'plan showing wall layout';

or

* 'plan showing positions of walls'.
