Наименование торговых палат Восточного Кента

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как лучше перевести следующие палаты:

Thanet & East Kent Chamber - нужно ли это наименование в принципе переводить, так как я нашел на некоторых сайтах, что в конце наименования указано "Ltd". То есть наименование организации.

East Kent Chambers of Commerce - Торговые палаты Восточного Кента?

Dover District Chamber of commerce - торговая палата района Дувр?

имхо, надо переводить, т.к. это похоже в целом про торговые палаты в Вост. Кенте

Я просто стал искать, как они официально называются и ничего так и не нашел. Понял, что East Kent Chambers of Commerce собирательное, но решил уточнить у более знающих людей!

In the UK, chambers of commerce are organisations representing and helping businesses and industries in a local geographical area -- for example, a county or district (=part of a county). They're organisations rather than profit-making companies. However, lots of organisations in the UK which aren't proper companies have to register as limited companies (or some other type of company) for legal/tax/transparency purposes, hence the 'Ltd' at the end of some of their names.

Thanet (Танет) is a small area of north-east Kent (see map): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thanet_District . There was originally a Thanet Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a (separate) East Kent Chamber of Commerce. However, Thanet Chamber of Commerce & Industry was dissolved in the early 2000s and seems to have merged in 2002 with one or more neighbouring chambers of commerce to form Thanet & East Kent Chamber [of Commerce], which is still active. Dover & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry is a separate chamber of commerce in East Kent which is also still active.

'East Kent ChamberS [plural] of Commerce' could be a descriptive (collective) term for all of the local chambers of commerce in East Kent, as leka11 suggests.

In the UK there's not usually any difference between a 'chamber of commerce' and a 'chamber of commerce and industry', except in their titles -- in that, historically, some local chambers chose to call themselves 'Xxxxxx[=geographical name] Chamber of Commerce' whilst others called themselves 'Yyyyyy Chamber of Commerce & Industry'.
