Добрый день.

Помогите, плиз, перевести, указанные термины. Контекст - арбитражное производство. Текст - соглашение о своб. торговле между странами.

Некоторые отдельные фразы:

The complaining Party shall deliver its written submission no later than twenty-one (21) days after the date of establishment of the arbitration panel.

The arbitration panel shall conduct the hearing in the following manner, 

Submissions (a)                 submission of the complaining Party; (b)                submission of the Party complained against;

  Rebuttals   (a)          rebuttal of the complaining Party; (b)         counter-rebuttal of the Party complained against.

each disputing Party shall deliver to the arbitration panel..... a list of the names of persons who will make oral arguments or presentations at the hearing.

Вроде должно быть просто, но давно не было такой темы, боюсь напутать что-нибудь. Да и с нашим АПК как-то не очень совпадает. Там есть исковые заявления, просто заявления, жалобы, представления и много чего еще, но...

Надеюсь, что для юрпера это раз плюнуть.:)
