Subject: насекомые Здравствуйте!Перевожу сказку про насекомых Ищу звукоподражания или где можно их посмотреть как жжужит жук --- Бз-з-з. Вж-ж-ж оса ----- Вр. Вр. Бж-ж-ж-ж-ж-ж муха --- Вж -ж-ж-ж-ж-ж А также как перевести - лапки паука осы мухи - нашла научный термин на латыни, но для сказки оно не подходит, иногда использую leg(s) когда уместно Может кто знает? Помогите плиз!! |

| Spiders ( order Araneae ) are air-breathing arthropods that have eight legs... Это Википедия. Так что leg(s) вполне подходит. |

The onomatopoeic term for both wasps, bees and (noisy) flies, is 'bzzzz', 'bzzzzzzzzzzzzz' etc, depending on how long the sound lasts for. The standard English verb for all of them is 'to buzz'. I don't know the corresponding term for beetles; it probably depends on the exact sound (if any) that the beetle makes. Flies, wasps, spiders and most other insects all have 'legs' +1 (=non-technical term as used in everyday English by 99% of the population; I don't know the scientific term(s)). Such creatures are described as being 'four-legged', 'six-legged', 'eight-legged' etc as appropriate. |
