Fine, but are you оn for US$10? Ответите за "базар" своими кровными, сударыня? За то, что это именно "периодичность выставления счетов", а не инвойсируемая ("биллингуемая") "ставка оплаты" (какой бы то ни было)? Вот пусть Femme контекст приведет. А то ведь безответственно языком шебуршать многие любят...:)) А ответить? Один, я смотрю, уже и ник сменил, да вот только адрес "мыла" прежний остался...:))

I see no point in pursuing the matter further.
If Gala does not understand that the instance of charging fees subsequently enables the lawyers to earn them (compare with "earnings"), and that "billing rates" means precisely the rates that the lawyers charge you, as opposed to "billing period" or "periodicity" which is apparently what she confuses this with, (example of billing rates - Senior Partner-$500; Partner-$400;Associate-$180;Paralegal-$80...), then I'm afraid she is just arguing for the sake of argument, and I can't help her.
So much the worse for Femme.
