правильно ли я поняла "product of total contributions .... and four and a half times the length of service"?

On the termination of his or her permanent service with the Secretariat an official shall be entitled to payment of a Terminal Allowance, which shall be the product of his or her total contributions during the last twelve months of service and four and a half times the length of service in years and fractions of years

мой вариант - 

... является произведением суммы его/ее общих взносов за последние двенадцать месяцев службы и 4,5-кратной продолжительности службы в годах и долях лет.
