" objectives    ahead " сбивает с толку напрочь)))  -  будущие цели?

Может быть, Ваш азербайджанец относил ahead к консультациям, и тогда "дадут положительные результаты в достижении поставленных целей в ходе предстоящих консультаций"?

Или еще догадка (тут возможны только догадки, а не твердые варианты): "в достижении дальнейших (дополнительных) целей".

You've not given much text, but the English in it is poor (7-8/10) and slightly ambiguous.

* 'to achieve objectives ahead' -- The meaning of 'objectives ahead' isn't clear. It could mean either 'the objectives that must be met [eg, by us] in future' or 'objectives that (will/may) be set in future', as I.H. says.

Also,

* 'presented suggestions' => 'the suggestions presented' (whatever 'presented' means here; more context might help clarify this).
